Inspired by @Maddow, I Propose a #VigilanceForce that mostly just enforces #LoiteringLaws

I discuss 'the WRONGFUL reason the Vigilantes may be #Loitering' (although I may have 'shot this proposal in the foot' by ... I'll mention it below the 'follow-bar') in a paying forum you can join for free through 'the emboldened link(s)' below; but first I want to teach you about those words. And I find you understand words better if you see 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum into their Foundation)
The word |Loitering| might be built on ancient words that mean "Little, Small, to Delay- or |Linger- or Idle- or Dawdle over one's work, to be Loose or Erratic, to Shake, to |Totter (like a loose tooth or a sail in a storm), to Lurk, |Beggar, Empty, Vain, Vagabond, |Rascal, to Eavesdrop, to Mislead, Base, Bad, Wicked."

I say I might've 'shot myself in the foot' by saying that the vigilantes watched the polls 'for WRONGFUL reasons' because--though the specific loitering-laws may vary--they usually agree that "loitering" is defined as 'extended presence in a place for NO reason.'

And who's to say that reasons that I think are 'WRONGFUL' aren't rightfully justified to you-&-yours?
