@iSideWith guides us through the #2024PresidentialBallot (starting 7/31/2023, over-a-year before 11/5/2024!) | @USAgov

The President we choose is the one who #Represents us---that is, they stand in our place in meeting with foreign leaders and in tackling our nation's problem. So you want the one whose political beliefs are most like your own! Tell iSideWith your political beliefs (on the quiz linked through |that word| below), and they'll tell you who would best #Represent you!

(And--in case 'your beliefs' aren't the same as those of The Majority/Plurality Vote--I'll start outlining all the candidates, so you can prepare for the 'suffering' you'll go through being #misrepresented.)

But first ... |That word| seems important; so I found out a little more about |that word| and share my findings with you below---and I hope you continue the discussion in the comments.
The word |Represent| sits at the top of a tower built on the foundation of the proto-word #es- "to Be," adding the prefix that means “Before (see Pre-),” building through ancient words that mean "to Be at-|Hand, to Present Promptly" (with the intensive prefix Re-).

the same base as that beneath #Representative #Representation
 #Representing #StateRep #StateReps #Rep #Reps #Represented
 #Misrepresent #Misrepresents #Misrepresenting #Representatives
 #Representations #Representational

And the proto-word “|*es|” (guessed-at because of lots other ancient words that meant "to Be") is also the root of Absent, Bodhisattva, |Entity, Essence, |Eu-, (|Eucalyptus, Eucharist, |Euclidean, Eugene, |Eugenics, |Eulogy, |Eunice, Euphemism, Euphoria, |Euthanasia), Improve, |Interest, |Onto-, Present, Proud, Quintessence, Sin, Sooth, Soothe, |Swastika, Yes.

To Keep Up on My 'Research,'

My Personal Ballot (if the ballot were some kind of 'ranked-choice voting'---where we fill ALL the squares on the ballot, and give each candidate 'a number corresponding to how much we agree with them') - and whether/where I've seen them ... I'll link their names to either iSideWith's profiles (on the candidates' policies) or my own notes about the candidates (of-course helped by iSideWith's reports):
  • 77-or-79 for Republican Doug Burgum (I haven't, but ISW tells me he's governor of North Dakota)
    • with a focus on the ideals of Meritocracy & Centralization

    • with a focus on the ideals of Imperialism & Security
  • 76 for Republican Perry Johnson (I haven't)
    • with a focus on the ideals of Authoritarianism & Big Government
  • 75 for Republican Tim Scott (I think I've seen him give 'political opinion' on the news, but then there's that 'cross-racial identity-blurring' ... he could be 'Michael Clarke Duncan in disguise,' for all I can tell!)
    • with a focus on the ideals of Common Sense, Right Wing, Individualism, Assimilation, Small Government ...
  • 74 for Republican Nikki Haley (former White House staff-member)
    • with a focus on the ideals of Foreign Policy Experience, Government Experience, Diplomacy, Right Wing ...

  • 71 for Democrat Robert Kennedy Jr. (I haven't really ... I've heard him mentioned a few times, but don't remember much about the mentions. The only thing that strike me about him is of-course his 'political heritage.')
    • with a focus on the ideals of Big Government, Environmentalism, Democracy, Politically Correct, Isolationism
  • 70 for Republican Ryan Binkley (I haven't, but I went to high-school with a girl who had that surname)
    • with a focus on the ideals of Big Government, Pacifism, Regulation, Authoritarian, Left Wing
  • 70 for Republican Corey Stapleton (I haven't)
    • with a focus on the ideals of Right Wing, Individualism, Small Government, Religion, Anthropocentrism, Tradition ...
  • 69 for Republican Kristi Noem (I haven't)

  • 68 for Republican Larry Elder (I don't think I have)
    • with a focus on the ideals of Assimilation, Deregulation, Small Government, Decentralization, Toughness, Individualism
  • 66 for Republican Donald Trump (hmm ... isn't he that guy who had a cameo in HOME ALONE 2?)
    • with a focus on the ideals of Confidence, Toughness, Sense of Humor, Right Wing, Assimilation, Nationalism ...

  • 63 for Republican Ron DeSantis (Florida governor who's in a war (many say he's losing) against Wokeism)
    • with a focus on the ideals of Leadership, Patriotism, Effectiveness, Right Wing, Toughness, Decentralization
  • 63 for Republican Mike Pence (who I hadn't heard-of until Trump made him VP in 2016's election)
    • with a focus on the ideals of Right Wing, Tradition, Individualism, Small Government, Toughness, Meritocracy
  • 62 for Democrat Marianne Williamson (former candidate)
    • with a focus on the ideals of Compassion, Ability to Inspire, Morality, Environmentalism, Big Government, Left Wing ...
  • 60 for Republican Asa Hutchinson (I haven't)
    • with a focus on the ideals of Decentralization, Individualism, Assimilation, Right Wing, Lassez-faire, Capitalism
  • 51 for current President, Democrat Joe Biden
    • with a focus on the ideals of Big Government, Collectivism, Secular, Politically Correct, Multiculturalism, Tenderness
Even though Biden's lowest on my list, I'll probably still vote for him (in the general election, probably not the primary (where Oklahoma lets Independents vote in the Democrat primary, I think)) like I did in 2020 even though ISW was telling me 'Trump would represent me better' (but I don't think ISW took me-&-Biden's fraternal bond (as fellow Catholics) into account).
