In a video (you can get to through the bold link below), CBC2 explains why Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' live-action movie-reboot (probably opening in 2024) most-likely isn't going to be #Rated R. But first I want to teach you about that word, by digging up the foundations beneath it
The word "Rated" is built on ancient words that mean "Reason, Count" (Degree of Speed (|Ratio between Distance & Time)) or ... "Repeatedly (Re-) + to Cut, Strike, Stamp (Clean, Trim, Prune, Judge, Suppose, Believe, Suspect)."
