No WONDER they accuse the @GOP of "Living in an #EchoChamber!" @MaryMillben's #Reverb is WAY better than "the Evidence" @TheDemocrats Love! | @Google
An #Echo Chamber (a.k.a. Neo-Tribalism) is an Environment where a person Only |Encounters Information/Opinions that Reflect & |Reinforce their own Prior Knowledge & Opinion.
The word |Echo| sits at the peak of the high tower above the proto-words *wagh-io, *(s)wagh- "to |Resound," which evolved from the name of a mythical mountain nymph who pined away for love of Narcissus (who forsook her for his own reflection) until nothing was left of her but her voice.
The word |Reverb| is short for #Reverberation, which sits at the peak of the high tower above the proto-word *wer- "to Turn, Bend," which evolved through ancient words that mean "|Leaves & Branches of Laurel, Struck and Beaten 'Back' (Re-) into a Worthy Wreath."
When I need a few days to rest, I escape to Lynchburg, Virginia. Here, I find immediate peace, able to catch my breath, recenter, and recharge my faith.
And I always visit “the cave,” a beautiful place hidden in one of Lynchburg’s breathtaking nature trails. This cave has the most beautiful acoustics. And so I just stop and sing some of my favorite hymns, like this hymn “He Touched Me,” written by the great Bill Gaither @gaithermusic. The lyrics sing: “He (Jesus) touched me, oh, He touched me, And oh, the joy that floods my soul. Something happened, and now I know, He touched me, and made me whole.” It’s true. One touch from God will change your life. Make you whole….again. Take in the summer. Rest my darlings, your body and your mind. Let God replenish you! We all need it. pic.twitter.com/UEqxFpNTQ9
