#HappyBirthday to Y'all (in the #February28 #BirthdayCohort with #BernadettePeters @officialBPeters & #JasonAldean @Jason_Aldean & ALL the #FamousBirthdays @Bing lists) on #NationalChocolateSouffleDay | @HolidaysCalendr @BirthdayMates @YourTango @MySundayMass

... or -on 'whichever of these holidays, awareness-dates &/or event-anniversaries you celebrate!'

Holidays Calendar explains some (Chocolate) Soufflé-facts (tagging #Souffle) in a report linked through 'the hyperlinks' below; but first I want to teach you about those words. And I find you understand words better if you see 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum into their Foundation)

The word “Soufflé (looking-up the plural form, I found out the word (probably without the 'é') is also a medical term that means "a |Murmuring Sound" ... #Souffles)” is built on ancient words that mean "to Puff (Blow) Up from Under."

I sometimes get a little mind-spark from realizing that I have the same birthday as several famous people, and enough other people get that spark from seeing their birthday-cohort (both the currently-famous & the probably-not-yet famous) that I figure it's worth doing 'one of these entries for every birthday' ...

This Day's Birthday-Cohort

Astrologically, their sign is Pisces ... no matter WHICH stars they were born under: Bugsy Siegel (one of Las Vegas's founders), Bernadette Peters, Brian Jones (original leader of the Rolling Stones), Jason Aldean, Gilbert Gottfried, Mario Andretti, Bubba Smith (Hightower in the POLICE ACADEMY movies, football defensive-end), John Turturro, Chris Hayes, Stephen Talbot (Beaver's friend Gilbert on Leave It to Beaver), philosopher Michel de Montaigne, Tommy Tune (Ambrose Kemper in HELLO DOLLY (1969)), Sam the Sham (with The Pharoahs ... "Wooly Bully," "Lil' Red Riding Hood")

... and many others (most of whom are at the 'Birthday-Cohort' link)---

you might comment telling why we should recognize a special one I missed ...

Or maybe you'd like a reminder of 'where you've seen one of the ones we DO mention'; Ask in your comment!

My Heart of the Nation calendar (which tells me which celebrations we (Catholics) are celebrating, and which color Vestments the clergy are wearing) tells us that this day's in Green
