In the news shared by my WowApp, CNN reported Italy's new law in an article I link through the bold text below.
The word “Xenoglossophobia” (Foreign Language Anxiety ... the Feeling of Uneasiness, Worry, Nervousness & Apprehension in Learning, Using or Speaking Foreign Languages) is a portmanteau of Xenophobia & Glosso- (as in Glossophobia).
