Sad how Legislators FOOL @TheDemocrats with a #WhoopDeDo-Tax on the Billionaires | @StephenAtHome @4TaxFairness @getFandom
When I heard about the Billionaires Income Tax (heard about watching Stephen Colbert in a monologue you can access a video-of through 'the emboldened link(s)' below), I felt a swell of pity for the feeble-minded citizen who think it's "all good"; I'll explain that pity at a paying discussion linked through the picture below, but first I want to teach you about those words. And I find you understand words better if you see 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum into their Foundation)
The word “Whoop-De-Do” is said to be an Expression of Overjoyed Elation (an exclamation often made when one rides one's motorcycle over the bumps of the same name), but I often see it used Sarcastically (the way I'm using it right now) to |Mock people who hear such a Distraction and think they can Forget their Worries and -can just |Relax (while the still-conscious Robbers feel free to |Avail themselves of the Absent-Minds' Riches).
The expression is probably just 'random babble' added onto the word #Whoop, built on ancient words that are probably |Imitative of |Crying-out or Shouting.
