Hope this Helps Weather-Watchers navigate the #Whirl where @TND hides America's #WeatherNow | @Bing @ecosia

I've watched THE NATIONAL DESK (national news-broadcast) for I-don't-know-how-long, and it always 'dawns on me' that "The Midwest" (which is where I thought I was) is actually more like 'The Great Lakes' area, with my state in the northern part of what they call South Central.

I wanted to see 'the way they divide-up the country' (seemed like something they should have on their website), but I couldn't find it there!

The closest thing I could find is in a cued-up "THE NATIONAL DESK"-video you can access through 'the emboldened link(s)' below (unless they've taken that vid. down, and I haven't found a replacement-target yet); but first I want to teach you about those words. And I find you understand words better if you see 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum into their Foundation)

The word “Whirl” (a meaning in the foundation beneath "Weather") is built on ancient words that mean "to Turn" (see |Wharf).

I'll try to straighten this out. (SINCLAIR COMMUNICATIONS, LLC calls it AMERICA'S WEATHER NOW ... maybe 'factoring that into my searches' will help) And I'll give you the URL to each state to its weather central forecast (in case the search-engine sent you HERE looking for your state's weather 🤭)

Their meteorologists classify the States this way (and forgive me if I get some of the States' names wrong ... I'm going on a public-school education (all 12 years (20+ years ago), woo-hoo!) and no travel outside of Oklahoma beyond Texas, New Mexico, and a few other places in the contiguous U.S. long-long-ago ...

(... and I went ahead and double checked with a U.S. States-map I found online 🤓):
  • NORTH EAST
    • Maine - https://www.weathercentral.com/weather/us/states/me/ (and I'm sure you can guess that ALL the URLs here go 'that-domain/those-paths///the-state's-ID'; but I'll copy the full addresses here anyway)

  • ... and I guess Hawaii (https://www.weathercentral.com/weather/us/states/hi/) & Alaska (https://www.weathercentral.com/weather/us/states/ak/) and 'whatever other places might be "American territory"' either don't HAVE weather, or aren't a 'DESK-worthy' part of the nation.
