is @RachelMaddow #Defying 'The Dream' hoped-for by Civil Rights Warriors & their Allies? Does 'the Content of their Character' make No Difference? I ask on @Quora | @FiveThirtyEight

|That word| seems important (maybe not in this context🙄but it's the word I'm 'researching' anyway); so I found out a little more about |that word| (below-linked to the my discussion) and share my findings with you below---maybe I'll add some notes beneath (and/or you might start/continue the discussion in the comments).

The word |Defying| sits at the peak of the high tower above the proto-word *bheidh- "to Trust, Confide, Persuade," evolving (with the addition of a syllable that means "Away (see Dis-)") into ancient words that mean "to Renounce one's Faith, Repudiate a Vow or -Claim etc., Challenge in Combat."
just like #Defy #Defies #Defied #Defiant #Defiantly
 #Defiance

To Keep Up on My 'Research,'

FiveThirtyEight shares a graph that shows how "Biden fares best with young white- and older Black-voters - Share of likely white and Black voters who support Biden, Trump or are undecided and are ... White voters (18-29 YEARS OLD 50% Biden, 8% undecided, 42% Trump; 30-44 YEARS OLD 40% Biden, 2% undecided, 58% Trump; 45-64 YEARS OLD 41% Biden, 3% undecided, 56% Trump; 65 AND OVER 45% Biden, 5% undecided, 50% Trump) Black voters (18-29 YEARS OLD 80% Biden, 9% undecided, 11% Trump; 30-44 YEARS OLD 75% Biden, 7% undecided, 18% Trump; 45-64 YEARS OLD 82% Biden, 11% undecided, 7% Trump; 65 AND OVER 98% Biden, 1% undecided, 1% Trump) - This survey was conducted Aug. 27 - Sept. 8 | SOURCE: DEMOCRACY FUND + UCLA NATIONSCAPE"
This probably goes DIRECTLY AGAINST my proposal (that race DOESN'T affect votes), but ... I guess it's how politi-philes fool themselves into thinking race DOES affect votes---dance until it rains, and you can fool yourself into thinking that your dancing MADE IT RAIN😏
