#HappyBirthday to Y'all (in the #November23 #BirthdayCohort with @MileyCyrus & #ChrisHardwick @hardwick & ALL #TheFamousPeople @Bing lists) on #FibonacciDay (#1123, 11/23) | @HolidaysCalendr @BirthdayMates @YourTango @MySundayMass

... or -on 'whichever of these holidays, awareness-dates &or event-anniversaries you celebrate!'

Holidays Calendar explains #Fibonacci Day (celebrating the #FibonacciSequence) in a report linked through 'that word' below; but first I want to understand that word better. And I find you understand words better if you look at 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum)

The name “Fibonacci (the name of a mathematician whom Holidays Calendar also calls #Finobacci)” is a made-up name built on ancient words that mean "Son of #Bonacci (the Good Man #Bonaccio #Bonaccii)."

I sometimes get a little 'thrill' from realizing that I have the same birthday as several famous people, and enough other people get that thrill from seeing their birthday-cohort (both the currently-famous & the probably-not-yet famous) that I figure it's worth doing 'one of these entries for every birthday' ...

That day's Birthday-Cohort

Astrologically, their sign is Sagittarius (in the wake of Scorpio) ... no matter WHICH stars they were born under: Miley Cyrus, Billy the Kid, Chuck Schumer, Boris Karloff, John Schnatter (Papa John, pizza guy), Harpo Marx,  Chris Hardwick, Bruce Vilanch (mostly just a HOLLYWOOD SQUARES-celebrity), Nicole Polizzi (Snooki, from MTV's JERSEY SHORE), Dominique Dunne (Dana Freeling in Poltergeist)
the ETERNAL Horoscope-dates

... and many others (most of whom are at the 'Birthday-Cohort' link)---

you might comment telling why we should recognize a special one I missed ...

My Heart of the Nation calendar says that we (Catholics) are celebrating St. Clement I (Red), St. Columban (White), or Blessed Miguel Agustin Pro (Red); with the clergy wearing the mentioned color of Vestments for the Optional Memorials (Green Vestments otherwise)
