What I show first is 'the group of words' that couch "that word" (below hyperlinked to a list of religions' focuses on "Eight") into your vocabulary ... deeper meanings that 'firm the foundations' upon which our lexicon stands ...
The word “Judeo-Christians” originally described Jews who Converted to Christianity," and spread to refer to Converts who |Kept to Jewish Traditions---extending to Christians' & Jews' moral-framework (e.g. they both consider The Ten Commandments, the Seven-Day Creation etc. to be "of their religion"). #JudeoChristian
The United Church of God shows many ways the Judeo-Christian tradition focuses on "Eight."
- besides circumcision & baptism (on the eighth day of a Jew's- or Christian's- (respectively) life), there's
- The Eight Day Sabbath (after the seven day Feast of Tabernacles)
- The Eight people who were saved on Noah's Ark (for nothing but the righteousness of The Eighth Person (Noah))
- that the-sacrifice-of-the-firstborn was to take place on The Eighth Day after the birth of the livestock-in-question
- that the Millennium altar will not be consecrated to God (& ready to receive any offerings) until the priests stay in consecration for seven days and can only step out into the world on The Eighth Day
- The Eighth Day was the day to make an offering after seven days of purification for defiled Nazirites or -of sanctification for healed lepers.
