So much stuff coming from The News (or 'The New History' it probably is by the
time I get around to
Rachel Maddow's re-presentation of it😋)---calls to mind 'the Scripture passage about ...' ... I know 'the actual
text' now (below), but what came to mind was an idea like 'the kitchen serving
food faster than the diners could package it for the #Pantry.'
(Although with Maddow, I was probably thinking something like 'information
flowing in faster than I could "commit it to memory"'😵)
The word |Pantry| is built on the proto-word *pa- "to Feed" (evolving through ancient words that mean "Office-Room of Servant in Charge of Food, Bread Closet, Storeroom").
on which is also-built #Pantries
... but the way I remember the passage might not be 'the way the passage is meant.' It talks about "The Plowman overtaking The Reaper"---that is to say that--on that day--'the guy making the ground ready for next years crops' will plow the ground before 'this years crops can be taken out of it.'
And I'm not sure how to interpret 'the one who treads grapes ("threader of
grapes" is probably a typo) overtaking the one that sows the seed' ... it
might be 'the grape-treader is lacking grapes because the sower didn't plant
enough,' but then the next part of that verse (which the picture left out)
says "The mountains shall drip sweet wine, and all the hills shall 'melt'
(elsewhere translated 'flow with it')."
i.e. Maybe 'the grape-treader' is just stepping on THE GROUND and the wine is
flowing up from THERE.

Hmm ... Maybe I went a little too deep on those 'optional translations' (and I largely ignored 'the context that fits the original translation into the passage much better').
Speaking of 'context,' a look at that whole chapter (Amos 9) shows me that this verse is part of the description of "A Promise of Restoration" after "The Destruction of Eden" (passage-titles from the Berean Study Bible).
And maybe you know the Hebrew sentence-structure well enough to make sense of it; I hope you share it in the comments when you do. Thanks!
