#HappyBirthday to Y'all (in the #November6 #BirthdayCohort with #EmmaStone @rp_emmastone & @RebeccaRomijn & ALL #TheFamousPeople) on #Nachos Day | @HolidaysCalendr @BirthdayMates @YourTango @MySundayMass

... or -on 'whichever of these holidays, awareness-dates &or event-anniversaries you celebrate!'

Holidays Calendar explains the celebrated Nachos in a report linked through 'that word' below; but first I want to understand that word better. And I find you understand words better if you look at 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum)

The word “Nachos (\ #Nacho #NachoCheese #NachoChips)” is built on the name of the cook who invented this appetizer, #Ignacio Anaya.
That name is built on #Ignatius, a name ancient words that mean ... no one's sure what the original Roman family-name #Egnatius means, but they changed its spelling to make it look like the ancient word for Fire

I sometimes get a little 'thrill' from realizing that I have the same birthday as several famous people, and enough other people get that thrill from seeing their birthday-cohort (both the currently-famous & the probably-not-yet famous) that I figure it's worth doing 'one of these entries for every birthday' ...

Today's Birthday-Cohort

Astrologically, their sign is Scorpio ... no matter WHICH stars they were born under: Peter DeLuise (from the original 21 JUMP STREET?), Zig Ziglar, Emma Stone, Ethan Hawke, Sally Fields, Maria Shriver, Rebecca Romijn, Lori Singer, James Naismith (inventor of basketball), Jerry Yang (co-founder of Yahoo!), John Phillip Sousa, Jonathan Harris (famous for his role on LOST IN SPACE, but I could've sworn I recognized him from his role as 'a sidekick' in all those Ernest-movies!), Adolphe Sax (inventor of the saxophone) ...

... and many others (most of whom are at the 'Birthday-Cohort' link)---

Tell me about any of today's birthdays who're famous to you (and where we
 should've heard of them).

Do I mention any you haven't heard-of? Ask me about them in the comments!

My Heart of the Nation calendar says that we (Catholics) are celebrating Blessed Virgin Mary, with the clergy wearing White Vestments for the Optional Memorial (Green Vestments otherwise)
