The word “Nachos (\ #Nacho #NachoCheese #NachoChips)” is built on the name of the cook who invented this appetizer, #Ignacio Anaya.
That name is built on #Ignatius, a name ancient words that mean ... no one's sure what the original Roman family-name #Egnatius means, but they changed its spelling to make it look like the ancient word for Fire.
I sometimes get a little 'thrill' from realizing that I have the same birthday as several famous people, and enough other people get that thrill from seeing their birthday-cohort (both the currently-famous & the probably-not-yet famous) that I figure it's worth doing 'one of these entries for every birthday' ...
