About a Film I Saw that actually Fulfills the #RollCredits-cliche | #MyLot_Discussion @UrbanDictionary @Wikipedia @TVtropes

What I show here is 'the group of words' that couch "that word" (below hyperlinked to my myLot-post about 'films that actually "does the thing they joke about"') into your vocabulary ... deeper meanings that 'firm the foundations' upon which our lexicon stands ...

The phrase “Roll Credits” is a cliché for 'when a movie uses its own title in the dialogue' (at which time--the cliché-user wants us to imagine--the Credits (or Staff-Roll - List of Names of the Cast-&-|Crew) starts to |Scroll up-, down- or (I've never seen it happen this way) across-the screen---as if Rolling (the way they actually did with Paper-Scrolls which would Roll the Scroll in front of The Camera).
When a 'Roll Credits'-moment actually happens, TV Tropes calls it a Finale Title-Drop.
