MBTI stands for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (known as one's "Myers-Briggs" (forgive me if I accidentally spell it 'Meyers' & forget to change it), named for the two self-taught psychometrists who developed the personality-matrix with inspiration from Carl Jung's Psychological Types). 
The name #Myers (of Isabel Briggs Myers, who extrapolated the MBTIs with her mother) is the patronymic form of #Mayer, an occupational name for a Mayor. (other forms of the name include #Meijer #Lemaire #Maier #Mayer #Meier #Meyer).

The Myers-Briggs test asks questions to find out-if you're Extroverted (E, outwardly focused) or Introverted (I, inwardly focused), -if you take information in by Sensing (S) or Intuition (N), -if you make decisions by Thinking (T) or Feeling (F) and -if you "live your outer life" by |Judging (J) or Perceiving (P).

ISTJ

I first thought I was gonna get 'a listing of those 16 types' from Truity Labs ... I clicked a link for 'the 16 MBTI types,' and it sent me to "a quiz to find my own MBTI-type." I thought 'Okay; I'll take this test & it'll list all the types along with my results.' But Nope! I took the test, and it would only list 'my 3 CLOSEST results' unless I paid to see the rest of them!:
