Well, 'they direct you to a better OK' at the list of locations linked-to
through "that word" below.
What I show here is 'the group of words' that give "that word" a
place to connect to your vocabulary ... deeper sources that firm the
foundation upon which our lexicon stands ...
The word “Okay” is the spoken-out abbreviation OK (used in a slang-fad of Boston & New York in the 1830s, where they abbreviated deliberate, jocular misspellings of common phrases) which stood for "Oll Korrect (i.e. All Correct)" (also popularized by the O.K. Club, the group that was President Martin Van Buren's re-election campaign-booster (referring to his nickname--Old Kinderhook--naming him for his birth-village Kinderhook, NY;
(the noun "an |Endorsement, Approval, Authorization" led to use of the verb "to Agree to, Sanction"; the student-slang #Okey-doke or #Okie-dokie
(And of course OK is the abbreviation for the State of Oklahoma, "popularized" (as if it needed popularization) by the Rodgers-&-Hammerstein musical of the same name---the musical from which The State takes its official anthem!)
The Oklahoman marijuana-dispensary helps support publication of the
widely-trusted Oklahoma Gazette and--though I'm not sharing this
sponsor-message on the Facebook-group where I share announcements of
journalism-sponsors upcoming events & sales (as these products aren't
quite "legal" ... both 'since it's not equally legal in many of the states,'
and also 'just like most drugs aren't
"legal" without a prescription')--
I still want to remind you that
you can support the responsible
journalism of Oklahoma Gazette when you support their sponsors.

I probably coulda just 'gone to ISSUU.COM' and copied the ad from their
display of it there (like I probably will as the ad changes in future issues
... rather than 'typing it in from the paper-issue' like the big nerd I am),
but ... I dunno, maybe I can show how some of the ad's words fit into your
vocabulary.
