@NerdstalgicYT explains the #EventFatigue plaguing @TheDCEU

The video (which you can get to (after a brief message) at 'the emboldened link(s)' below) explains 'what event-fatigue is' (basically, the boredom that develops when every 'installment' of a series is deemed #crucial to the series' existence ... when they're all #CrisisCrossovers or #FlashpointCrossovers (and yes, they generally involve 'superheroes from multiple storylines coming into one storyline'));

but first I want to teach you about those words. And I find you understand words better if you see 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum into their Foundation)

The word “Crucial” is adapted from the logical term #InstantiasCrucis "Moment at the Fork in the Road" (on the notion of coming to a Crossroads and having to Choose One- or the Other-Path), but the medical-term (for the Ligaments of the Interior of the Knee-Joint) is built on ancient words that mean "Cross" (see |Crux).

I think of the term 'event fatigue,' and I'm like 'aren't movies supposed to be "events"?' Well, yeah ... but the 'events' Nerdstalgic talks about are #EventComics (what DCTV calls (sometimes jokingly) "Crossovers").
