I hope this helps you in your quest for 'more energy to put into gold-mining up in them thar` hills,' but I'm mostly doing this to 'commit it to memory' (the same reason I'd take notes in lectures, though I'd almost-never review my notes):

My main source (other than 'actually playing the game') is probably going to be The KLONDIKE TLO Wiki.

They do mention (as-of January 27, 2022) the 100-unit Ice Cream, the 40-unit Raspberry Tart, the 35-unit Cheesecake, the 20-unit Pie, the 5-unit Dream Breakfast, the 3-unit Dry Toast, the 2-unit Apple, the 1-unit Plum, and the 5-, 10- & 15-unit Honey bits.

But they don't yet mention the 50-unit Blueberry Pie---which I started 'outlining' when I got the out-there idea of 'running it like an assembly-line'; but I think you'll see 'why they don't mention it' when I get deeper into its outline here ...

Like a lot of these foods, 
  • Blueberry Pie is made in the Bakery, with 1 Blueberry Cream & 1 Curd Base
    • Blueberry Cream is made in the Bakery with 1 Chocolate Cream and 5 Blueberries
      • Chocolate Cream is made in the Bakery with 1 Yogurt and 1 Chocolate
        • Yogurt is made in the Dairy with a secret recipe (mine is 2 Buttermilk & 1 Blueberry)
          • Buttermilk is given by a neighbor (a gift you then multiply by adding Milk)
            • Milk comes from your Cows after they eat Grass
              • Cows can be bought from the Market or traded-for in the Wind's Song (expedition) Windmill for 5 Cherries & 5 Chicken Eggs
                • You can grow Cherries (after you reach level 40) in 12 hours of growing-time.
                • for Chicken Eggs, you or your neighbors have to own and feed Chickens (whose eggs you then have to find at a random place on the station)
              • Grass is found (on your Home Station) under Blue Tulips, -Grass, -Jasmine, -Small Ferns, -Large Ferns, -Yellow Acacia, (on Neighbor's Stations) under Grass and Flowers, as one of the Free Daily Gifts from Friends, in exchange for the Reptile Set in Collections, and in Treasure Caches you bring back from Expeditions
          • Blueberry - in the Barn, like I mention below
        • Chocolate is swapped-for in the Cottage with 2 White Gold Nuggets & 1 Cheese
          • White Gold Nuggets are found through A LOT of searching (probably found whenever you find a Gold Vein)
          • Cheese is made in the Dairy with 2 Curd Cheese and 25 Fire
            • Curd Cheese is made in the Dairy with 1 Buttermilk and 1 Container.
              • I think I explained the making of Buttermilk previously (above or below).
              • Container is made in the Pottery from 10 Clay and 15 Fire
                • dig Clay out of Blue Clay Deposits or exchange a Bear Set in Collections
                • Fire - mentioned before
            • Fire is made in the Smithy using 1 Match and 10 Dry Twigs, then multiplied using 10 Firewood (or 10 Dry Twigs or 1 Coal)
              • Matches are swapped-for in the Barn with 2 Goose Egg Baskets and 20 Wool
                • Goose Egg Baskets come from 10 Goose Eggs and 3 Dry Twigs
                  • Goose Eggs come from fed Geese (like Chicken Eggs from Chicken)
                  • Dry Twigs - mentioned before
              • Dry Twigs from some of the Bushes you dig-up
              • Firewood is made in the Barn with a little Energy and any Timber (Ordinary-, Fir Tree- or Sequoia-Logs)
                • Timber (of course) comes from Trees you cut down (or Logs you are gifted)
              • Coal is extracted from Coal Deposits (or given from the Daily Free Gifts)
      • Blueberries are swapped-for in the Barn with 5 Chicken Egg Trays and 20 Milks
        • Chicken Egg Trays are swapped-for in the Barn with 10 Chicken Eggs and 1 Hay

          • Hay is made (in the Barn?) when you dry Grass (5 Grass & 1 Wind)
            • Grass - Explained Before
            • Wind is one of the Free Daily Gifts friends can give you
        • Milk - explained before
    • Curd Base is made in the Bakery with 1 Shortcrust Pastry and 2 Curd Cheese
      • Shortcrust Pastry is made in the Bakery with 4 Flour and 2 Gogle Mogle
        • Flour is made in the Bakery from 5 (or 50) Rye and 1 (or 10) Millstones
          • Rye is grown in 15 minute (for Level 2 KLONDIKERS)
          • Millstones are made in the Cottage from 15 Stones & 1 Wind
            • Stones are extracted from Boulders (on your- or your neighbors'-land ... or given as one of the Free Daily Gifts)

Of course, you shouldn't have to do 'all these steps' to produce each 50-unit Blueberry Pie--a lot of the materials can be 'gifts from friends/neighbors' (on top of the few that can ONLY be gifts from friends-&-neighbors)
