The word “Insomnia” is built on ancient words that mean "Not Sleep." (I'm sure you're like 'Well Duh!!!' but I guess I'm putting that there to emphasize that 'the condition isn't based on "Staying Awake" (except that that's what you call "Not Sleeping" ... semantics ...)'
