Their 'PSA' (though it is a little bit like 'internal advertising,' as 1) it's about 'their future stories' and 2) it's printed in a place where they usually put 'ads') says:
Leave Choice to the Pros.

Women should control their reproductive health with help from professional healthcare providers, not professional politicians.

As legislative efforts attempt to erode our reproductive freedom, OKG will continue to give voice to choice.

Fiercely Local and Independent
Lots of questions arise there: Why wouldn't a "professional politician" make as good a- or a better-decision about "reproductive health" as a "professional healthcare provider" (other than just implied by those words—'it's not their job to make the healthiest choice when it might harm them "politically"!')
'That word' (and the other one below-hyperlinked to searches for related OKG-articles) is built on an even-deeper source ... something crucial that firms the foundation upon which our lexicon stands ...

The word “Professional” is built on words that mean “Acknowledge-, Speak-, |Tell-, |Say-|Forth” (to |Declare |Openly, any Solemn Public |Declaration, Occupation-or-Trade one Professes to be Skilled-or-Learnéd in, Body of Persons engaged in some Occupation, |Prostitution, Vows Taken upon |Entering a Religious Order).
The word "Professor" is related, but also includes foundations that mean "to |Lay Claim to, Teacher of the |Highest |Rank, person who Claims to be an Expert in an Art or a Science, one who Teaches a Branch of Knowledge."

The main 'professional' involved (tho OKG might not mention them as professionals) are the women who make the ultimate choice in the matter. The healthcare professionals only 'suggest' the procedure and will not perform it without the consent of the woman (or her legal 'guardian' (if she's unable to make the decision herself)).

I understand that politicians' motives aren't always in line with 'their constituents' reproductive happiness' (e.g. when it might conflict with "positive population-growth" and/or "profits in the childcare industry"). But I suppose politicians could respond that 'the women in question' made the "choice" at the fetus's conception ...

Or am I thinking about that wrong (or 'wrongly' 🤓)? Tell
