A friend of one of my cousins explains the usefulness of Stretching (through a slide-show of drawn diagrams) linked through 'that word' below; but first I want to understand that word better. And I find you understand words better if you look at 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum)
The word |Stretch| is built on the Foundations beneath “Draw Out, Pull |Tight, |Narrow” (Stark, String, Expanse of Land, Unbroken Continuance of some activity, Straightaway of a Race-Course, to Extend (a corpse's legs or wings) for Burial).
