@LegalEagle with Nine #Legal Problems with the #BarrLetter (summarizing the #MuellerReport, supposedly) - #Legally #Legalism #Illegal #Illegally

The word “Legal” carries the scent of “to |Collect, |Gather, Speak (to Pick-|Out Words).”

... many other words serve as foundation/stepping-stones in this matter: Collusion, Obstruction of Justice, Exoneration, Reasonable Doubt, Prosecution ... words that will be helpful in seeing this matter clearly ...

My conclusion on this matter remains (and shall remain until information comes in that changes my mind) ... primarily that it's none of my business and -none of the business of any other citizen who's not a government-worker involved in the case.

That said, I look at 'the three subjects that Mueller's report covers (even though Barr only summarizes two of them ... with "my primary conclusion" being a good reason-why I don't mind that he didn't include the third one).'
  1. Criminal Investigation into Potential Ties with Russia - I don't get it: What's wrong with having friends or family or business-partners or allies or mentors or followers in Russia? (comment below ... and please don't give me one of those, "If you don't know, I can't tell you"-answers you would use to cover up the fact that you don't know either ...)
  2. Criminal Investigation into Obstruction of Justice by the President - Is this the accusation that Trump fired special-investigator Comey to keep him from investigating issues #1 &#3? Didn't Trump give a good reason for firing Comey?
  3. Counter-Intelligence Investigation into Russian Interference with the 2016 Election (the issue Barr's letter doesn't address) - ... no. Just 'No.' Maybe 'the fat-guy in his mom's basement' hacked the counting-machines, but Each State's voting-officials should've-been (and probably were) sufficiently sure of themselves to turn in the results here—where I see no Russians in operation.
    1. ... although there are plenty of 'objections from House Representatives (with no aid from the Senate)' ... is that "odd"?—or do House Representatives always offer-up objections to the 'duly verified' votes of the Electoral College?
