That study brings up 'some thoughts'; but first I want to teach you about those words. And I find you understand words better if you see 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum into their Foundation)
The word “Destiny” is built on ancient words that mean "make Firm, Establish."

Her commentary there brings up 'keeping your eye on Jesus,' and it makes me think of 'Peter walking on the water to Jesus.' You remember when Peter in his boat saw Jesus walking on the water, and rushed down to walk to Him. And Peter was doing just fine until he took his eyes off Jesus and realized that reality wouldn't LET him walk on water.
And Brittany says that we have to notice how reality pulls us down too. I'm sure lots of preachers would take this as an opportunity to say we should IGNORE the world and just manifest our Lord Jesus Christ worldview (where we're 'lifted up lest we dash our feet upon stones'), but the True message is slightly different.
We ARE lifted up, but only after we 'dash our feet' or 'get separated from the herd.' That's when The Good Shepherd's disciples either-find us in the wilderness or -bandage up our feet to heal soon.
