The word “Another” is a contraction of the words #An & Other. "An" is an 'indefinite article placed before words beginning with vowels,' built on ancient words that mean "Single, Lone" (as in |Only-Begotten, Unicorn, Speaking-as One (-in Unison) ... an older, fuller form of the indefinite article "A").
