Bing Rewards directed me to a list of ballet-inspired exercise-videos (you can access through 'the bold word(s)' below); but first I want to teach you about those words. And I find you understand words better if you see 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum into their Foundation)
The word “Barre (I think it's talking about ballet-dancers' 'hand-rail,' but Etymonline says it's 'a chord you play with one finger (usually on guitar))” is built on ancient words that mean Bar.
The word “Ballet ( #Balletomane)” is built on ancient words that mean "to |Dance, Jump about" (see Ball).
The word “Sissy (if not a nickname for Cecilia, |Priscilla, Cecilie, Cicely, etc.... #SissyBar)” is built on ancient words that mean "Sister (Sis)" ... makes me wonder if this word had any influence on the word/syllable Cis (Cis-gender, Cis-preference, etc.)
