#HappyBirthday to Y'all (in the #February4 #BirthdayCohort with @ClintBlack & @AliceCooper & ALL the #FamousBirthdays @Bing lists) on a POSSIBLE #RosaParksDay | @HolidaysCalendr @BirthdayMates @YourTango @MySundayMass

... or -on 'whichever of these holidays, awareness-dates &/or event-anniversaries you celebrate!'

Holidays Calendar explains this- and the other-day(s) celebrating #RosaParks in a report linked through 'that word' below; but first I want to teach you about that word. And I find you understand words better if you see 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum into their Foundation)

Rosa Parks is a |CivilRights Icon because Ms. #Parks was arrested for refusing to move to the coloreds-section of a bus when all the other whites-section seats were taken.
Rosa's surname “Parks (like #Park #Parkins #Parkinson #Perkins #Peters #Peterson)” is built on ancient words that give it the meaning "|Descendant of Peter."

This happened on December 1---another Rosa Parks Day

I sometimes get a little mind-spark from realizing that I have the same birthday as several famous people, and enough other people get that spark from seeing their birthday-cohort (both the currently-famous & the probably-not-yet famous) that I figure it's worth doing 'one of these entries for every birthday' ...

This Day's Birthday-Cohort

Astrologically, their sign is Aquarius ... no matter WHICH stars they were born under: besides Rosa Parks (yes, 'her birthday' is one of the reasons), there's Alice Cooper, Hunter Biden, Charles Lindbergh, Oscar De La Hoya, Dan Quayle, Clint Black, singer Natalie Imbruglia, George A. Romero, comedian Hannibal Buress, comedian Rob Corddry

... and many others (most of whom are at the 'Birthday-Cohort' link)---

you might comment telling why we should recognize a special one I missed ...

Or maybe you'd like a reminder of 'where you've seen one of the ones we DO mention'; Ask in your comment!

My Heart of the Nation calendar (which tells me which celebrations we (Catholics) are celebrating, and which color Vestments the clergy are wearing) tells us that this day's a day for the clergy to wear Green.
