When @Snopes & @BingRewards disagree on #MarkTwain, & @Microsoft @Bing agrees with SNOPES about the #Distortion of Twain's Words | #Distort #Distorted

In a Bing Rewards Quiz, they ask 'who said "The coldest Winter I've ever experienced was Summer in California"?' and then "the right answer" is Mark Twain.

But--saying that--they link to a Snopes-page that says he didn't say such a thing!

Snopes explains 'how Mark Twain's words get distorted' in a report linked through 'that word' below; but first I want to understand that word better. And I find you understand words better if you look at 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum)

The word “Distort (\ #Distorts #Distorting #Distortion)” is built on ancient words that mean "to Twist Completely."
