It's Singles Awareness Day (the humorous holiday for we who didn't get to celebrate Valentine's Day 'the standard way').

And looking for more information on that day, I found AwarenessDays; and I want to join their mission---'to make awareness-days more easily accessible to a wider audience, improving the accuracy of information covering the leading awareness-days & -events.'

Their front page is linked through 'the main word' below; but I feel it's more important to understand that word better. And I find that you understand words better when you look at the other words at the bases of the words you're thinking-of ...
The word “Circumstances” (Condition of Life, Material Welfare) is built on ancient words that mean "to Stand (i.e. |Encamp, Settle) |Around (|Circum-)" (the "Formality about an Important Event" of #PompAndCircumstance--title of the song that's a staple of U.S. graduation-ceremonies--is famous from Shakespeare's Othello).

'A huge goal of the site' (i.e. something it'll frequently ask for you to do) is to get lots of paying-subscribers---they are constantly updating their calendar-information with celebrations & events & new circumstances of people who need your sympathy, and probably provide subscribers with notifications of upcoming events on the calendar (which they also give to subscribers).
