@Scientology explains How to #Resolve Conflict (whether-or-not their Actions Match their Words) | @MikeRinder | #Resolving #Resolved #Resolves #Resolution #Resolutely #Resolute #Resolutions

Well, 'they explain' in one of the FREE courses I talk about in the post linked-to through "that word" below.

What I show here is 'the group of words' that give "that word" a place to connect to your vocabulary ... deeper sources that firm the foundation upon which our lexicon stands ...

The word “Resolve” is built on ancient words that mean Back (see Re-) + Loosen, Divide, Cut Apart (with a |Reflexive Pronoun ... see |Idiom).

Hmm ... they start out saying that a 'Third Party/Person' is required for there to be a "conflict" between two people (two people are all that's required for there to be a "fight," but "the 'Third Party' must exist and must develop it for the conflict to occur ... and will be found to be the person who caused the conflict in the first place").

Funny, because Scientology calls itself (and -any
 group-outside-of-immediate-family) a 'Third' Dynamic 🤔

Anyway, the reason why it's important that there's a 'Third Party' who's causing the whole conflict: it gives the two arguers a reason to stop wasting their energy on each other when they can turn together & work to 'solve the real problem.'

Hmm ... they talk about the usual method a Third Party uses to incite conflict--a False Report--and I'm reminded of the Knowledge Reports (KRs) mentioned in A&E's docuseries ... how--when a Scientologist witnessed (or even heard about) another Scientologist 'doing or saying (or even thinking) something that stepped out-of-bounds (those of Scientology's executives)--the witnessing Scientologist was morally obligated to issue a KR to Scientology higher-ups ... or else they would be just-as-guilty of the violation (when somebody else reported the violator)!
