Maybe you've seen the TV-commercials (if not, I've embedded at least one below), and now a flier I got in the mail 'heightens the urgency' that we need  to protect our elected officials 

'That word' (below-hyperlinked to a report on Horn's opposition (funny; for all the ads against Horn, I'm not sure of the names of any of her opponents ... had to do three-or-four searches to find even RollCall's report on them!)) is built on an even-deeper source ... something crucial that firms the foundation upon which our lexicon stands ...
The word “Gossip” is built on ancient words that mean God + Relative, Sibling (a Godparent, Sponsor; extended to a Familiar |Acquaintance, Friend, Neighbor (particularly Women Attendant at their friend's child's Birth), extended to the |Idle, |Trifling Talk & |Groundless Rumors such friends engage-in to pass the time).

... But who's actually gonna look at "Kendra Horn Press Release" before deciding the gossip must be true?

... but her actions reflect a failed liberal agenda!
Public records indicate that Kendra Horn's business had to be terminated three different times for late filings and payments. Finance reports also show that she's taken over $500,000 from PACs and lobbyists.
... but again, who's gonna check on "Center for Responsive Politics, 2020,"

FUN FACT:

In just her third month as a Member of Congress, Kendra Horn voted for a bill that would allow her up to 4.5 million dollars of public funds for each one of her political campaigns.
