The word “Shall” is built on ancient words that mean "to be under an Obligation" (Owe, Ought, Should, be Guilty, get into Debt, Duty).
The Biblical Greek ... it looks like the translators added 'Shall' to communicate the tense of "the verb" (either "Ask" or "Be Done").
