Though STAT (reporting May 18, 2020) only calls the development "a COVID-19 vaccine-candidate," TIME (reporting February 27, 2020) ... well, they don't use 'the word "candidate,"' though they do only mention that vials of the vaccine were sent for human-testing in April (search for updates).
TIME tells us that Moderna Therapeutics developed their vaccine-candidate by taking a protein-making strand of COVID-19's DNA (a.k.a. mRNA)—like "the software program to the body, which then goes and makes the [viral] proteins that can generate an immune response."
'mRNA' (below-hyperlinked to Wikipedia's information on the DNA-strand) is built on an even-deeper source ... something crucial that firms the foundation upon which our lexicon stands ...
"mRNA" stands for "Messenger RiboNucleic Acid."
"Ribo" is the combining-form of the word “Ribose,” built on ancient words that mean "a |Sugar formed from Gum Arabic."
The word “Nucleic” is built on ancient words that mean "|Nut (|Kernal)" (Central |Mass or -thing about which Others Cluster or Matter |Collects, Biology's Dense & |Rounded & Membrane-Bounded & Genome-|Containing Structure in a Cell, Physics' Positively-Charged Central Core/Point of an Atom)
The word “Acid” is built on ancient words that mean "to be |Sharp, |Rise (out) to a |Point, |Pierce."
I woke up this morning thinking of 'a way to get past this epidemic'—not all the scientific stuff that Moderna's taking care-of, but more the "Name it & Claim it"-tactic used by Brother Kenneth Copeland (although it is a little silly-looking when you do it out loud ... a more-logical way to get that mindset might be to tell yourself, "It's just some random dirt my body'll identify and 'eject'—no harm done ... FLUSH!" and it's gone).
Know anything else interesting about that? Comment!
