@iamJohnOliver & @LateNightSeth help us Control our #Panic in this current Crisis | #DoNotPanic #Panicky
The word “Panic” is built on ancient words that mean "Pertaining to (the God of Woods and Fields) Pan" (as one would call upon Pan when Frightened by the Mysterious Sounds that cause |Contagious, |Groundless Fear in |Herds, Crowds or '|People in |Lonely |Spots').
Stephen Colbert also interviewed Oliver in the inaugural "A Late Show" (i.e. filmed from his home, interviewing guests over the Internet) ... and maybe they address 'dealing with Panic' there too (particularly "on topic" with 'the Panic that comes with the current situation of widespread Quarantine/Self-Isolation')
Know anything else interesting about that word? Comment!
