I see an ad in EXT℞ACT Magazine ...
'That word' (below-hyperlinked to Red Dirt Sungrown's website) is built on an even-deeper source ... something crucial that firms the foundation upon which our lexicon stands ...

The word “Dirt” is built on words that mean “to |Void |Excrement” (something |Worthless, |Gossip, Consisting/|Made of |Loose Earth).

Oklahoma is 'proud' of its red dirt; I'm sure there are-other places that have red dirt and -other places that have other dirt-colors they're proud of, but I've never heard any other place that referred to their dirt's color as a matter of local pride (like Oklahoma has since ... the first time I heard it was KFOR's documentary about farmers' partnership with 'Russia' ('the U.S.S.R.' or 'the Soviet Union' at the time) during glasnost, "From Red Soil to Red Square.")

Know anything else interesting about that? Comment!
