What's the #BigIdea behind This Blog? #Ideas that Compel These Posts | #Idea #DoYouHaveAnyIdea? #NoIdea

This is my 'public journal.' That's one of the basic ideas behind this blog—I see stuff (in the comedy/news, on Twitter, on Facebook, in the alt-weeklys & -quarterlys I read, in the events of my/my-family's/my-friends' life, Televangelists' 'content' (their magazines, books, broadcasts, etc.), and I 'digest' it and respond here.

"Idea" (below-hyperlinked to my list of a few of the 'stimuli' that go into my brain before I 'digest' them and respond here) is built on an even-deeper source ... something crucial that firms the foundation upon which our lexicon stands ...

The word “Idea” is built on words that mean “to See” (Concept of a Thing in the Mind of God).

Another basic idea here–like I've probably 'said' (written here & elsewhere, told friends & myself) numerous times–is 'illustration of today's words' foundation-upon words of the past.'—I look at 'etymologies' (the text at the end of most definitions that tells you what words the defined words are rooted-in) and imagine 'going to the root-words' definitions, finding out which words are at their roots, then going to those definitions, looking at those roots, then going ... on-&-on until— until— I don't know
(actually, I think I do know ... most word-root
'trails' like that lead to "baby-talk" (or
'onomatopoeic roots') or to "an important name").

As The Internet became 'a place where I could write,' I was inspired to 'write-out those word-root architecture'—starting with the idea that 'maybe I could show how all words are linked to the name(s) Lord Jesus Christ.'

So I looked-up (and posted) the etymology of each of those words, started looking up (& posting) the etymologies of each of those words, etc.—hyperlinking each of those looked-up words back to the word itself, and hyperlinking each of the root-words to my new post on that word.

But new 'words to look up' (in news, politics, entertainment) come in faster than I can 'let those words come up in the name-roots.' I was going to 'start a whole `nother blog for each of those subjects (one for celebrity-news, one for politics, one for philosophy, one for TV/movies, etc.),' but it's all just 'stuff going through my brain before I respond in writing here.'
I guess I can call each new topic 'a Chapter
of my Blog'—though these 'chapters' are kind of like
"Grief" ... they don't 'rise up once, happen, and then end
forever,' but they're more "cyclical" (recurring–
tho more-expected & thus better managed–with
 regularity).

So what I do now is look-up the roots of "whatever word comes to mind, whatever 'Chapter' it may be a part-of" and I trust that–as I look up those words (hyperlinking them to 'whatever made me think of them' and hyperlinking the root-words to 'my past entries about those words')–I'll eventually 'decribe the whole architecture of the modern American-ish lexicon (from proto-language foundations to modern-buzzword pinacles/attics/roofs/towers).

Or am I looking at that wrong (or 'wrongly' 🤓)? Tell
me how-wrong/right I am in the comments below 😁
