Your vote for Mike Bloomberg (if you SideWith his political leanings) starts way before 'the ballot-box.' In a country that 'runs on capital (money, volunteer-work hours, other valuable resources),' the win will go to the candidate who is backed by the most of it!
I'm not sure how you can help him (looking up 'donate to Bloomberg' brought up a lot of reports on how the multi-billionaire donates to causes all over the world!)
