#OETA (#OKeduTVAuthority) Turns to Ash; Will a #Phoenix Arise? @OKgazette @OETAOK #OklahomaEducationalTelevisionAuthority #Phoenician

I haven't read the full Gazette-article yet–like about-51% of the average population–I 'get my news' from the Headlines-&-subheaders (which is why headlines are so "click-baity")–but the little bit I have read makes me curious ...
A lawsuit involving OETA ends with an agreement to dissolve OETA Foundation and transfer all assets to a new fundraising nonprofit.

OETA is a PBS Station that's been around since back when television was mostly just 'the big 3' and (at least in Oklahoma) just a few UHF stations ... I remember they were 25 (which became a FOX station, I seem to recall), 34, 43 (both/either of which became The WB and/or The CW? ... or maybe a different PBS station), and sometimes (when the tin-foil on the antennae caught the signal right) 52; and when there was 'the echo of The Big Bang' playing on all the other stations.
But now OETA Foundation might be dissolving! Is the agreement-decision final? Have they decided what the nonprofit will be? If we don't find out in the Gazette-article, we'll have to watch for The Phoenix to rise!

The word “Phoenix” carries the scent of “Date (fruit & tree), Purple-/Blood-Red” (though the name of the bird comes directly from its name in the Greek Myth, in which it flies to Egypt every 500 years to be Reborn).
