The @MicrosoftEdge update features Enhanced #Performance @ChromiumDev @Netflix @PCmag @Dolby #Perform #Performance #Performs #Performed #Performing #Performers #Performances
Introducing us to the Microsoft Edge (internet-browser), Microsoft goes into detail on 'how they've improved the program's performance.
'Perform' (below-hyperlinked to a post about my introduction to the Microsoft Edge) is built on other foundations ...
The word “Perform” is built on ancient words that mean “Completely + to Provide (Furnish).”
Some more of those performance-details–the speed, performance & compatibility without compromise–include:
- it was rebuilt (from the ground up) and is the only browser optimized for Windows 10
- also works on devices running Windows 8, -7, macOS, iOS and Android
- But apparently not Windows Vista or -XP
- allows your passwords, history, favorite and settings to be used seamlessly across all your devices
- lets you use extensions from both the Microsoft Edge Add-on store or from 3rd-party Chromium extension-stores (like Chrome Web Store)
- is the best browser for high-definition media on Windows 10—with unique support for streaming Netflix in 4K Ultra, Dolby Audio & Dolby Vision
