The word “Cadmium”--built on ancient words that mean "Cadmus (Kadmos, legendary founder of Boeotion Thebes)" with the metallic element ending -ium--was named after #Cadmia, ancient naturalists' name for various earths & oxides (especially Zinc Carbonate).

Along with a wealth of explanation, USA TODAY reports 'the safe dark chocolates' (Mast, Taza Chocolate, Ghirardelli, Valrhona) and 'the not-so-safe dark chocolates (Trader Joe's, Theo, Lily's, Green & Blacks).
