The word “Verify” is built on ancient words that mean "to Make- (Set, Put) -True (Trustworthy)" (building up through "Substantiate, |Find out the Truth about").

It's a fine video---lots of wisdom to show your Sunday School (or Sabbath School) class. But it might require a bit of discernment, if you want it to fit with your daily, logical way of thinking.

My comment on that video explains thusly:

Okay, I'm sure there's a lot of good, true stuff in this video (which I'll watch over-and-over); but I have to say,
'No! God does nothing to affect us in this life. We are children of God (and yes, I'm talking about YHVH--or YHWH or Yahweh or 'Our Heavenly Father'--not 'Godriel' (however you spell it) the fallen angel a.k.a. Lucifer a.k.a. Satan who tries to convince us that HE'S Our Heavenly Father). As children of God, we naturally empower others who also follow Our Heavenly Father's will (like Our Brother Jesus Christ did). So yes, it DOES matter what people think etc. as long as their thinking is in line with Our Heavenly Father's will.
