I'm Releasing #TheKraken -the @AdGuard #infoKraken! (... not 'a Virus which someone could NAME "the Kraken,"' but just 'a Halloween costume' #TrickOrTreat)| #Kraken
AdGuard explains the InfoKraken (and links to a way you can protect yourself from it) in a report linked through 'that word' below; but first I want to understand that word better. And I find you understand words better if you look at 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum)
The word “Kraken” is built on ancient words that mean Pole, |Stake, Post (|Crooked Tree, |Stunted Animal or Person).
Answering the questions at the link above to create my monster (the Infokraken), I get the result:
Run for your lives! The tentacles of the Infokraken have entangled the entire Internet. It's on the prowl for information that can be stolen and used for all kinds of slimy purposes. So, should you give up surfing the web altogether? Of course not! AdGuard will keep you safe from the Internet monsters.
