#HappyBirthday to Y'all (in the #October15 #BirthdayCohort with @KeyshiaCole & #SarahFerguson @SarahTheDuchess & ... You?) on #Aesthetician Day #NationalDaysToday | @HolidaysCalendr @BirthdayMates #TheFamousPeople @YourTango @MySundayMass

... or -on 'whichever of these holidays, awareness-dates &or event-anniversaries you celebrate!'

National Days Today explains National Aesthetician Day in a report linked through 'that word' below; but first I want to understand that word better. And I find you understand words better if you look at 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum)

The word “Aesthetician (\ #Aesthetic #Aesthetics #Aestheticism #Esthetic #Aesthetically #Aesthete #Aestheticist)” is built on ancient words that mean "to Perceive."

I sometimes get a little 'thrill' from realizing that I have the same birthday as several famous people, and enough other people get that thrill from seeing their birthday-cohort (both the currently-famous & the probably-not-yet famous) that I figure it's worth doing 'one of these entries for every birthday' ...

Today's Birthday-Cohort

Astrologically, their sign is Libra ... no matter WHICH stars they were born under: Penny Marshall, musician Richard Carpenter, Ginuwine, Haim Saban, Jake Burns (Angie Tribeca's captain), Friedrich Nietzsche, Sarah Ferguson (it says we know her as "a writer," but I'm pretty sure we all would sooner recognize The Duchess of York), Lee Iacocca (CEO of Chrysler), the poet Virgil, Mario Puzo (who wrote The GODFATHER movies), Keyshia Cole, Tito Jackson, Emeril Lagasse, comedian Larry Miller, the philosopher Lucretius ...

but those are just the ones that I agree are famous;
You can add
 your- or your friends'- or famous people (whom YOU
recognize)
 in the comments!

My Heart of the Nation calendar says that we (Catholics) are celebrating Saint Teresa of Jesus, with the clergy wearing White Vestments for the Memorial
