It was my understanding that Biden arranged for peace with the Taliban--that their government would hold back their soldiers as the Americans & allies there were allowed to move to America, that 'the terrorists' (who attacked the traveling compatriots) did not have Taliban-permission to do so--but the House Freedom-Caucus says ...
Well, you can listen to their accusations in a video linked through 'that word' below; but first I want to understand that word better. And I find you understand words better if you look at 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum)
The word “Resign” is built on ancient words that mean "to make the |Opposite Mark (credits/declarations to Cancel debits/reclamations ... respectively)" (it's not 're-sign'--meaning "to sign again"--but it is built on the same elements as Re- & Sign 😕)

The House Freedom Caucus (I think I'm hearing in the video) claims that The Administration had a better plan for rescuing all our allies from Afghanistan, but Biden decided to use a different plan (and neither Harris nor Blinken countered his actions).
