The word “Calories” is built on ancient words that mean Warm (the #calorie (lowercase "c") is the amount of Heat required 1 gram of water 1 degree-Celsius; the Calorie (or #Kilocalorie) is the amount of Heat required to raise one Kilogram of water 1 degree-Celsius, and that's the Food-Calorie (I don't think they even consider 'degrees-Fahrenheit'!)) #CalorieCounting #Caloric
