Looking for more information on L. Ron Hubbard's possible reincarnation, I picked up hints of "The Free Zone." I hadn't heard about it from Mike Rinder's- & Leah Remini's-SCIENTOLOGY AND THE AFTERMATH, and I haven't been able to find them say anything about 'The Free Zone' yet.

I'll do some 'further research' and post 'my findings' below; but What I show first is 'the group of words' that couch "that word" (below hyperlinked to my search for more information about 'Free Zone' Scientologists) into your vocabulary ... deeper meanings that 'firm the foundations' upon which our lexicon stands ...
The word “Disavow” is built on ancient words that mean " |Opposite of (Dis-)" + #Avow. 
The word "Avow" is built on ancient words that mean "to Call, |Summon, Invite" ( |Advocate, |Avouch).
Looking for Independent Scientologists on Twitter, I found the AOGP ... which I'll examine later.
'Free Zone' may originally have been "a single organization," but now it refers to all Scientology-groups outside The Church of Scientology (although they don't all call themselves 'Free Zone'). 
(I can't find anything 'directly from the COS' about "Free Zone"; the closest I could find is the FREE introductory-courses the COS offers.) 
The International Freezone Association split from the COS based on one specific line of writing from LRH:  
"... before you go, whisper this to your sons and their sons: 'THE WORK WAS FREE. KEEP IT SO.'"
And the name 'Free Zone' DOESN'T come from "the fact that Independent Scientologists don't pay for the materials"; it comes from some of LRH's writings, which say: 

The name came from the "space opera" beliefs of L. Ron Hubbard, which Robertson later expressed in the "Free Zone Decree", which he said was an Official Decree of "Galactic Central - Grand Council" which was "relayed from Mainship Sector 9":


  1. The planet known as Teegeeack - local dialect "Earth" or Terra - Sun 12, Sector 9, is hereby declared a Free Zone.
  2. No political interference in its affairs from any other part of the Sector or Galaxy will be tolerated.
  3. No economic interference in its affairs will be tolerated from any non-planetary agency or power.
  4. All of its inhabitants are hereby declared Free Zone Citizens and free of external political or economic interference.[7]
