The name “Borat” might be an invented name, possibly built on #Borut, a form of #Boris, which is built on words that mean Short or |Wolf or |Snow |Leopard.
The place-name "Kazakhstan" is built on words that mean "the Land of the #Kazakh (қазақ (qazaq) an ethnicity ... see Cossack).
