The word “Compound” is built on words that mean “With, Together (Com-) + Place (Position)” (Two-or-More Elements/Ingredients, not related to homophone that means 'Enclosed Residence' (built on words that mean "Village, Group of Buildings")).

a 'Periodic Table of "Compounds" (polyatomic ions ... same thing, right?)' ... almost as good as 'Periodic Table of Elements' ...
