They might not state that exact goal (in the full-page ad on the back of their November 6, 2019 issue), but the request they make is one that is a good step in that direction:
You have exactly one year to encourage everyone you know to become an informed voter.

Though in this case, that's more like a Call to Action.
Become an Informed Voter!
How? There are several steps you might take (depending on how well-informed you are already), so the main one I think of is 'Fill out your profile on iSideWith.com!' There, they'll ask you what you think about political issues—if you have strong opinions about some of them, you can make it known there; if you need to learn more about an issue, then you can ask Bing about it (or you know what classes you need to take at the University!)
When you finish your iSideWith-quiz, then you can see which Political Candidates' opinions most-closely match your own—showing you 'who would best represent you in the government!'
