Pastor Dr. @RobertJeffress implies that his Church Makes God Want to #Vomit @CampusFaith @FreeThinkerMag
The sign Doctor Jeffress posted in front of First Baptist Dallas reads, "THE CHURCH THAT MAKES GOD WANT TO VOMIT ..."
That's actually referring to a church–the church of Laodicea in The Bible's book of Revelation–indicated by the cited Scripture, "... REVELATION 3:14-22" which tells that church 'you are neither hot nor cold, but lukewarm; so I want to "spew you out of my mouth" (literally "vomit," Dr. Jeffress says).'
Sure, the sermon that week is going to be about 'how that church serves as a warning that we don't let our faith go "lukewarm" like theirs'; but "clickbait" is "clickbait."
'That clickbait word' (vomit, below-hyperlinked to The Free Thinker Mag article about Dr. Jeffress creepiness) is built on an even-deeper source ... something crucial that firms the foundation upon which the our lexicon stands ...
The word “Vomit” is built on “to |Spit (|Seasickness).”
Or maybe I'm looking at it wrong—that's one reason
Our Father God said "It is not good for the man to be
alone": "Because the man'll think he's right until someone else shows
