I bring that up because of the 'prophecy' (or maybe 'the speculation based on past patterns') he gave recently.

He started (after a little 'teaser' about "doom he was going to warn Americans of") with a reminder of 1) ancient Egypt's Pharoah's crime against Israel (when he had the midwives kill all the Hebrews' newborn males by throwing them in the water immediately after seeing if they were male after birth) & 2) the way Yahweh got back at Pharoah & his army (by drowning them in the Red Sea as the Hebrews escaped).

That brought up 'what happens near the end of a pregnancy'—the mother's water breaks. The infant emerges from the water that had protected the it (in its fetal state). When he gave this prophecy, Perry told us some American States allow parents to 'abort' the child after birth (if it has some deformity that they just don't want to deal with).

Perry told us that–if those American States don't change their laws–Yahweh is going to exact vengeance on their lawmakers (and the lawmakers' soldiers) the same way he did on Pharoah & Egypt's soldiers in the Hebrew Exodus—drowning for drowning.
